Project Overview
The challenge
Dr. Marcus Yarbrough was opening a second location for his medical practice earlier this year and needed his website updated to include this information. Beyond basic content updates, Dr. Yarbrough knew his website needed a better UI/UX experience. After reviewing the live site, I created project plan for a multi-stage redesign that prioritized critical updates and fixes first.
Goals
- Establish a clean user interface that builds on existing branding
- Make critical content updates
- Identify and fix issues with SEO, accessibility, broken and dead links, navigation
- Evaluate user experience and update information architecture (ongoing)
